Charming stay near botanical garden

helpful staffcomfy bedsteep stairs
The location was awesome with a local feel, it was not too busy. The staff were very friendly and chatty (i loved hearing their recommendations), and always ready to help. The bed was comfy and the facilities in the room were good.
The front desk receptionist who checked me in was unpleasant, it made my first impression not as cute as I hoped. The stairs were steep, this made it difficult to carry my luggage up.

The staff was friendly. I was allowed to store my luggage after checkout which helped a lot.
The stairs were too steep. I think they might be too dangerous for older people. This made carrying luggage difficult.
